He’s got us in the 4th-10th annual position in ACC, but depending how the ACC coaching changes go, that could push us up or down. The ACC is going through a metamorphosis the next 5 years.

Also keep an eye on the 4-year swings in W/L that MY had at Wofford. Maybe that’s recruiting and he’s staffed appropriately for that issue. Or maybe it takes 4 years for his O to work best then hard for new group to learn. We like 21-22 and 22-23 seasons but 23-24 and beyond is somewhat dependent on how this recruiting class goes.

Coaching is hard. Winning is hard. Program building AND sustaining is hard.
